Whipped eel, horseradish, pickled beetroots and watercress

Cheese on Toast
Welsh rarebit with Worcestershire sauce, stout and hollandaise

Pork pie, pear and stilton, piccalilli

Prawn cocktail
School prawns, Ice-berg lettuce, lemon verbena, Marie rose sauce, cress

Egg and bacon on toast
Confit duck egg, girolle mushrooms, pancetta, broad beans and brioche
