Join us for an exclusive dinner with one of the most thought provoking and entertaining young Australian wine makers, preceded by a more intimate dinner with his chief wine maker Thomas New.  Capturing Mac’s homage to old world wine culture, The Grand presents a delicately curated menu of traditional Italian fare and a selection of his 2015-17 vintages.
