Stuart Dunbar planted his truffiere (truffle orchard) a decade ago and it’s been a labour of love which reached full-time production just last year.
He is currently Australia's biggest producer of black truffle, as well as the record holder for Victoria's biggest truffle and the worlds biggest Perigord Black Winter Truffle at a very impressive 1.5kg. He is one of the most engaging and passionate truffles expert and its a joy to hear him talk.
