We love winter food. There is no better time of year to indulge in earthy Italian fare and head chef Andrew Beddoes has a flair for warming the hearts and minds of his guests.

For this superb feast he will be showcasing dishes such as the Grands Signature Wild Boar Lasagna, delicate roast duck pastille and a decadent slow roast lamb shank with truffled soft polenta, all perfectly matched with some beautiful vino from the wine making maestros of McWilliams.
